HCM Shotcrete utilizes the shotcrete process (typically dry process) to simplify concrete placement for difficult restoration applications including overhead and vertical repairs. Shotcrete is advantageous for restoration applications for the following reasons:

Paste development at the receiving surface results in excellent bond between new and existing concrete. Shotcrete is compatable with native concrete materials unlike some high strength grouts and patching materials.

Patch areas are open for review until concrete is placed. Review of reinforcing steel and substrate preparation is easier without formwork in the way.
